Butlered Hors d'Oeuvres

     A great start to any party or wedding begins with a few small bites to set the mood.  Your guests arrive, head to the bar and are a little peckish.  Ah, the server approaches with a smile and a beautifully decorated tray of amuse bouches appears.  We typically suggest a selection of three or four bites per guest before everyone settles down to dinner or hits the buffet. 
     You may also opt for a soiree with butlered appetizers only.  This can be for a formal black-tie affair or just a simple meet and greet.  If this is the case, we recommend  between ten to twelve  pieces per guest over a two hour period.  Imagine how many small bites you would eat during that time frame at the dinner-time hour.  Something Classic offers many options to choose from.  You can keep it Southern, Mediterranean or Indian throughout or mix it up.  Don't forget to order for your vegan and vegetarian friends.  Note that our butlered hors d'oeuvres are sold by the dozen and do require a three dozen minimum of each variety.
